Position Overview:
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle ERP, Procurement, and Project/Grants Cloud to meet complex business and financial reporting needs. The position partners closely with functional leads and stakeholders to deliver accurate, scalable, and compliant dashboards, reports, and data extracts while supporting ongoing operations and system upgrades.

Duties:
  • Design, develop, maintain, and deliver scheduled and ad hoc dashboards, reports, and queries supporting Oracle ERP, Procurement, and Project/Grants Cloud.

  • Design, develop, and support custom reports and data extracts to meet business and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support, including help desk issue resolution and end-user assistance.

  • Develop custom reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).

  • Perform unit testing, performance tuning, and implementation of custom reporting solutions.

  • Deploy and schedule reports using Enterprise Scheduler Service (ESS).

  • Collaborate with workstream leads to define and document detailed reporting specifications.

  • Create BIP reports where out-of-the-box and OTBI reporting capabilities do not meet requirements.

  • Develop end-user training and documentation to ensure clear understanding of report functionality.

  • Support unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle Cloud reporting solutions.

  • Assess and remediate reporting impacts associated with quarterly Oracle Cloud upgrades.

  • Support automated data extraction, reconciliation, audit trail documentation, and validation activities related to financial reporting and compliance.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials.

  • 4+ years of experience developing reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).

  • 4+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and support.

  • Demonstrated deep understanding of Fusion Financials database schema, including GL_LEDGERS, XLA subledger accounting tables, AP/AR transaction tables, and Project/Grants tables.

  • Proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations using government-compliant data warehousing solutions integrated with Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle ERP.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one modern ETL/ELT tool.

  • Experience implementing automated data extraction from Oracle Fusion Financials using native Oracle tools (such as BICC, OIC, and OTBI) or third-party extraction platforms.

  • Experience automating reconciliation between Oracle Fusion and data warehouses, including fund balance validation, audit trail documentation, and support for government audit cycles.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Financial modules and underlying data structures.

  • Experience building self-service reporting solutions using enterprise BI platforms for Oracle Fusion Financials.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
